What Matters To Us

1. We devote time in our gatherings to studying the Bible — God’s written revelation of the plan of salvation — expositionally and in context, with open discussion, so that God’s purpose may become more real and personal to us.

2. In our prayer meetings, we try to get to know one another better and to share our needs freely, trusting in Christ’s grace.
We understand that — aside from not knowing God’s Word — the greatest struggle in Christian life is hypocrisy, often rooted in unbelief in His grace.
We believe that true transformation into God’s image can only come by repentance through grace in Christ.
A stalk that is constantly pulled doesn’t grow. God gives the growth — our role is simply to care for it.

3. That’s why, along with prayer and spiritual or emotional counsel, we also find it essential to offer one another practical, material support where needed.
In short: we try to live the way Jesus taught, not merely speak about Him.
